Managing your notifications

Email notifications

You're able to receive email notifications for both voicemails and missed calls.  To enable notifications:

  • Log into the CloudTalk desktop or mobile app
  • Click on Settings
  • Select Notifications in the menu
  • In the Notifications section, turn on the notifications switch
  • Select the checkbox next to missed calls and voicemail as required

Mobile Notifications

Mobile notifications can only be managed in our mobile apps.  When you launch CloudTalk for the first time you'll be asked for permission to send notifications.  Make sure you allow the app to do this.  To manage your notifications:

  • Log into the CloudTalk mobile app
  • Click on Settings
  • Select Notifications in the menu
  • In the Notifications section, turn on the App notifications switch

With app notifications enabled you'll receive notifications for:

  • Missed calls
  • Voicemails
  • SMS messages
  • Team calls answered
