Setting Up The CloudTalk-Nimble Integration

CloudTalk integrates with Nimble CRM, to give you synchronised contacts, click-to-call functionality and automated CRM notes for calls received, made, missed and voicemail.

STEP 1: Create your CloudTalk & Nimble Integration

  • Open a new browser window, and navigate to integrations.cloudtalk.com
  • Sign-in using your CloudTalk user account email address & password

  • Scroll down and locate the Nimble integration

  • Click on the Install button
  • If you are not currently logged in to Nimble, you will be asked to do that now:

  • Next, you'll need to authorise CloudTalk to communicate with Nimble - Click on Authorise

  • Your CloudTalk & Nimble integration is now being installed. This takes approximately 10 seconds.

  • Once initial setup is complete you will be returned to the integrations page where you can configure whether you want to Log Call Recordings (if appropriate) and Log Call Activities in Nimble (most people leave these switched on)!


    STEP 2: Install our Google Chrome Extension

  • Go to the  Google Chrome Web Store

  • Search for CloudTalk and Add the Extension (Add To Chrome)

  • The integration is now complete. Restart your CloudTalk app, refresh Nimble and you're good to go!
